Yes.  Get XP up, and when LTSP boots, have it run

rdesktop -f hostname_of_xp

Instead of X.  I don't have the exact details where to put it, but it should
work.  However, having it connect to XP would only work for one host per
login (I could be wrong).  To do multiple, you will need to set up a
terminal server.
