Frequency scaling survey

Maybe I need to re-phrase. As seen below, I tried to offer info on my
workstation. The first command returned info as expected, but the second
command came back with nothing.
Given my lack of knowledge in the kernel/cpu arena, I haven't been able
to find an explanation, or fix. Anybody got any tips?
