Yes.  I've clicked on the Network Manager icon.  My ethernet
connection shows up but no wireless, where once it did.

"lspci" detects the card.

I'm an "old-time" network person so I had my wired network settings
in /etc/network/interfaces because that's what I knew.  Then I
transferred control over to Network Manager.  I don't know where
anything is stored to figure out how to "fix" it.
