8.10 problems

    Well on my fully updated 8.10 I tried the Hardware Drivers device 
and it is broken, period. It shows you 4 nvidia drivers that you select 
one from. I selected the one recommended. It started to d/l the driver 
and kept the Internet busy for a few minutes but then failed. This time 
no explanation.

    I am thinking that the software it is looking for no longer exists.
