I'm not sure if this one is dual core, actually I don't think it is, but
here's my results.
$ cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep 'model name'
model name : AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3400+
~$ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies
2000000 1800000 1000000
lshw claims that this processor is capable of running at 3000000, but
it's listed as running at 2009 mhz by most utilities I have ran on it,
and I would be afraid of melting it down by over clocking to 3000 mhz.
It has a 64 bit data path.
