Do you have compiz enabled?
Try disabling it under appearance - visual effects.
If it doesn't freeze after disabling compiz, re-enable it and install
ccsm and check the general tab for 2 settings:
Unredirect Fullscreen Windows
Force Independent output painting
Make sure they're unchecked.
These 2 settings were hanging my T61 all the time...

Go to Skype Preferences, and change in Sound device from "Auto" to
manual selection.

Hi Brian,
Yep my English is not quite perfect :-( I mean a copier, that mean a big
printer where people can copy directly some documents. But of course
this copier will need fax/scan functionality.
I will have a look at those MFC printer from HP (no way Lexmark).

Hello Everyone,
I got this tiny issue on my Dell XPS, I run a dual boot Windows Vista and
Ubuntu 8.04.2 on this laptop it has been working since several days before
but today I found out that I am not able to boot Vista anymore I got the *Error
13: Invalid or Unsupported Executable Format message *everytime I try to
boot, I actually did a search and I was able to find some info about
it here<http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=282545>and I tried
changing the menu.lst but without any change or progress, still
says Error 13, I wonder if anyone could guide me resolving this.
