ubuntu install failed to install on t1000

Is there a sparc specific ubuntu mailing list?

My installation is still failing to detect disks on t1000.

using http://ports.ubuntu.com/dists/intrepid/main/installer-sparc/current/images/netboot/boot.img
as the boot image
