Another reason to prefer a real root over sudo

sudo -s should be used instead of 'sudo su -'.  None of which has
anything to do with the original message of this thread.

(Or, should I say, sudo -s should *not* be used, by those who advocate
sudo a security measure because of it's logging facility... on a
presumably single privileged user system... )
