Some arabic fonts in docs are not visible...

OK. I see the test pdf that you provided on the bug - thanks. Now, for
some info (I'll add to the bug report later); I downloaded the original
30mb pdf and find that if I open in Adobe Reader 9 (linux version) the
arabic quotations (I used page 7) do appear just fine, in Evince they do
not, just as you've shown. Now here is an interesting bit; if I print
page 7 from Adobe Reader 9 to a pdf, the fonts get embedded properly and
I can then open that pdf in Evince and the arabic shows just fine. I'll
have to do a little more experimenting to see if I can figure out what
the problem is, currently I'm reprinting the entire 30mb pdf from Adobe
Reader 9 to see what the results are in Evince afterwards.
