Nothing that I have noticed, Kubuntu seems perfect otherwise and have seen no
other "glitches" of any kind. Any other program I have installed or
un-installed has taken only a normal amount of time to complete. I do plan
on upgrading to 10,04, the next LTS release, and perhaps that will cure the
problem but it would be nice to know what happened. Of course, I also think
work should continue on making the native cups printer drivers, especially
for Ubuntu, as complete and as comprehensive as possible. I got the
TurboPrint in the firstplace specifically because of the lack of Canon
drivers which TurboPrint was supposed to remedy.
