/etc/default/linux-restricted-modules-common missing in karmic

Chris,
Try to reinstall the package linux-restricted-modules-common.
Apparently it has somehow disappeared.
It may be a version problem. I have kernel version 2.6.31 running but 
linux-restricted-modules-common package is of version 2.6.28. I don't 
know if that is the problem as the /etc/default/ file has no version number.
