I am not able to use update manger

In most cases, you can solve the problem by 

 

ALT+F2, run  sudo dpkg -configure -a

Hi, 

    Hi There I am not able to use update manger as it gives an error message
stating that it was interrupted, 

While the packages were getting  installed the computer's power  went off,
as the update didn't happen after that I am facing this error message,
please tell how to fix it.

I have also attached the screen shot of the same.
