help on resizing partitions

gParted on a flash drive is ideal.  Make sure you have up to date backups  
as there is no guarantee that every thing will remain intact.
This link is very similar to what you want to do but, make sure you fully  
understand and plan exactly what you are moving/shrinking/enlarging.
