thanks for the explanation.  The gui is good and powerful but a little cumbersome to use.  It's getting difficult to remember what your original issue was exactly.  Did you get it resolved?  If not, you may want to restate it for additional help.  Good luck in your efforts but as said before
your probably ok until the next fsck error message comes up.
