Upgrading to GNOME 2.28 in Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty)

I would like to upgrade from GNOME version 2.26.1 to GNOME 2.28 on
Ubuntu 9.04, without upgrading to Ubuntu 9.10. Is there any way to do
this ?
