How to tell what has changed after an update?

you should be able to go to packages.ubuntu.com and find the package you are
looking for by release by version and there should be a link that says
changelog iirc Hope this helps

Just me Amber.
There are lots of Linux users who don't care how the kernel works, but only
want to use it. That is a tribute to how good Linux is.
