While your answer will get the job done - it's not very practical (no
offense of course). I thought I would share what seems to be the
proper way to handle this from the maintainer of the app (Chris Jones).

"Not in 0.13. The notification is going away in 0.14, but because
Terminator is written in python you can just remove the last few lines
of /usr/bin/terminator, there's no recompiling."
