I'm not a genious, I just read what I found on the web.

It was the first time for me that I seeded a torrent.

I think that you never seeded your torrent.
Never in your story have I read anything about you keeping a torrent
client open all the time. You really need to do that, at least until
someone else has 100% of your file and they can become a new seeder.
