Well, I suppose it just depends on how you approach the situation.
When it comes to Vista, there are some undeniable stability problems.
If Ubuntu will do everything you need it to do (even if that means
dual booting or running a virtual machine, I would consider it an
upgrade. You have a more secure operating system, and one that is
much more stable in my opinion!
