Wireless - Ubuntu - Laptop

Dear all,

I would like to thank you all for the help on my earlier questions. Now, I
just bought a laptop LG R510, and am facing a common problem: the wireless
doesn't work. In windows, it does, however. Under ubuntu, I can navigate
using cable, but not wireless.

I am googling around keywords for this problem nearly 2 months, but could
not find out a final solution. ndiswrapper was my first choice. I have
downloaded it, installed the drivers from the windows vista. It shows that
the drivers are correctly installed, but no wireless.

Perhaps I am doing something wrong.

Any tip is extremely welcome.
