connector conversion question

I have a need to take the audio out of a computer from the headphone jack 
and play it through powered speakers that have an RCA "in".  I can't find 
the nomenclature for the male end of the standard Headphone Out jack on a 
computer. I need that so I can  search for a converter.

Can anyone help me out with what to call the little pluggy thingy that 
goes into the computer? (Imitate small child speaking here)
