Coming out of Suspend issues

I'm intrigued by the "nor do any USB connected devices like mice or 
keyboards".  Does that mean "any USB devices", or only "mice or keyboards"?  
I have always had trouble with those, so I have:

$ cat /etc/pm/config.d/05suspend_modules
# modules to be unloaded before suspend and loaded on resume
SUSPEND_MODULES="usbhid"
