Getting X to init corectly W/O a monitor conected

Interesting idea. It's a little different, in that emote users conecting
will get a full Ubuntu desktop, where as in teh present config, which runs
the VNC server uder XP, users just get teh XP desktop.

Might take a bit more training for the suers, but it could be a better way
of doing it.
