Xen on Ubuntu 9,4 Server

Current Ubuntu kernels of the -server flavour (including those that are
provided by the -virtual packages) can be used as DomU kernels. But,
alas, for a Dom0 kernel you have to look elsewhere. AFAIR Hardy is the
last Ubuntu version providing Dom0-capable kernel.
