virtualbox wont show USB ports in the guest OS

Joep,

I didn't notice if you said you were running the PUEL version which, 
IIRC, is required for USB passthu from the host to the guest OS in VB.

I'm also running Jaunty and with the PUEL version of VB had no issues 
getting my USB connected drives seen and accessible automagically.  I 
haven't tried a cam, but I suppose I should.

Anyway, in case that's it, I thought I'd mention it.
