Can't connect camera: usb-storage: waiting for device to settle before scanning

Hi,
I can't connect my Hewlett-Packard PhotoSmart 720. I tried with two
different cables, but no luck. It look like usb power issue, but how
solve it ? Sometimes I have trouble and with another devices.
