cannot browse work webmail from home

ok, i can usually figure out most problems, but this one has me
completely stumped.  the only conclusion i can come to is that my IP is
blocked for some reason, but before i talk to anyone at our helpdesk
tomorrow i figured i would see if anyone has any input.

owa.golub.com/exchange is the url.  works fine from my phone when
connected to cell network, but not home wifi, ok when im connected on my
laptop via cell broadband, but cannot connect from my home broadband
connection.  worked fine for last 2 years with owa, and 5 years prior to
that with @mail, but suddenly stopped working last i knew  about a week
ago. using fully updated hardy 8.04.3
