Auto-VirtualBox!

Hi! I know that's a weird subject, but this is a weird question.

I'm setting up our new Ubuntu computer for me and my sister to use. I've set
up our accounts. My dad says he wants me to have it dual-boot Windows XP. I
tried to set it up, but I needed too many driver downloads and restarts and
everything, so I just decided to put it in VirtualBox.

Problem: my dad isn't good with Ubuntu yet (still using Windows XP on
company computer). I decided to make it easy for him to login - but I'm not
sure how to get this to work.

Here's what I want to do: I've set up three accounts in Ubuntu: one for me,
one for my sister, and one just for the Windows XP VirtualBox. When I'm
done, my plan is that he can just sit at the login screen, click on "Windows
XP VirtualBox" (which is the name of the account), and it will login, run
VirtualBox as a startup program, and the automatically boot XP in fullscreen
with no clicking or typing on his part between the login screen for Ubuntu
and the login screen for XP.

I also don't want the VBox account to need a password. Our computer is
pretty secure, and no one cares about what my dad's printing (I've set up
the printer for the XP VBox and Ubuntu, he just prefers to use XP).

And, yes, I've already tried to convince him to just use Ubuntu. But I'm
probably going to need to use that XP VBox at one point or another in the
future, so I need to install it anyway.

So, does anyone know how to not require passwords in Ubuntu or have VBox
automatically boot XP in fullscreen mode when it loads?

Thanks A LOT in advance,
David!
