Juanty updates

previous ubuntu is ok on my compaq presario,
but jaunty sometimes show unsatisfying performance.
i also do believe opensource operating system in amateur radio.
gmfsk, fldigi , etc.

i still got no HF transmitter now. my license only allow me to do on  
10metres HF only.
