Sorry to say that I can give you only a general outline FTTOMH,
records aren't easily accessible.

| Insert a NIC with a boot prom and connect the box to a net that has
| a DHCP and a TFTP server running. On the DHCP server assign a fixed
| IP address to your NIC's MAC.  On the TFTP server arrange for
| booting the installer when that IP connects.
