i looked at the program description and it's just for ttf fonts. i forgot
to mention in my original post that i need to install type 1 fonts. i
looked through the font listing in synaptic and did not find a font manager
that would handle type 1 and true type fonts.
i played around with trying to drag and drop all of the fonts (afm, pfm and
pfb) and got an install error on all of the fonts. then i tried installing
just the pfm files, same thing, then the pfb and same error. i'm at a
loss. any other suggestions on installing type one fonts? true type and
open type should be drag and drop.
cheers,
dwain
