Network bandwidth monitor tool

Dear friend,
                  Robert told me Nagios tool.I install this tool but  i will
have to check network bandwidth to every user pc. I want that i just start
network monitor tool. when user start pc then network tool create a file and
store information how much bandwidth he/she use . what time they use.
