Best cheap laptop for linux?

Besides, if you buy a computer with any flavor of Linux pre-installed,
you know for sure that the hardware runs fine with Linux. That counts
much. You know that there's a high probability that if you delete
whatever Linux comes pre-installed, if you do not like it, and install
you preferred flavor, it will work.
Another thing to consider is that you pay for the Windows you will not
use when you buy a laptop with Windows pre-installed.
So, I prefer to buy a laptop with any Linux installed than one with
Windows installed, if I can choose between the two. Sadly, this is not
always possible. Very often the hardware I want is not available with
Linux.
