no sound from speakers but from usb headphone

You can change the output for sound in any application using the 
pulseaudio volume control. While the application you want to use the 
speakers for is playing, start the volume control. Note that you will 
need the pavucontrol package installed on your system. Then look for the 
application that is currently playing sound and right click it. There 
should be an option to move stream. Click that and it will list the 
sound devices. Click the device for your speakers and the sound will 
immediately start playing through your speakers.
