I looked at the the site and find that it appears not to be moderated.  I
do not think it will do much for you, Linux or anything else.  There are
extremely few petitioners for even very popular subjects and the site is
filled with error, which are probably caused by abuse.
I cannot believe that M$ has shown any reaction whatsoever due to petition
on the above site.
If you feel this needs to be discussed further, then please please start a
thread on sounder or somewhere else, as this has nothing whatsoever to do
with Ubuntu technical support.
