I'm using a Kyocera-Mita FS 1020DN duplex network printer w/o
any problems for 5 years now, about 5000 p/year.

Fullfils all of your requirements above, thanks to Kyocera's technolgy
no need to change the drum otoh orignal toner is a bit more expensive
than competition, but it has Ecoprint for saving on toner for drafts.

(I'm by no means affiliated with Kyocera-Mita, only a satisfied customer
who will not switch brand if need for a color laser really arises).

Thanks
  Siggy
