Are you REALLY looking for answers?  Liberally lacing your message with 
expletives isn't likely to get them.  

Telling us what you actually _want_ to do would be more helpful.  As you 
posted it, it _isn't_ a ridiculously simple problem, because we don't even 
know what type of file you downloaded, so how can we know what to open it 
_with_?
