DELETE UBUNTU

Use fdisk (or similar) to remove partitions then boot from a windows CD or
utility Cd with fdisk on it and type fdisk /mbr to rewrite the MBR so that
it no longer contains grub... the all assume you are returning to
Windows/Dos or similar.
