Converting .ogg to .wmv or .mp4, .mpeg

I took a look at them, and they look a bit green, and undeveloped for my 
purposes. I'm glad they support .ogg, but i need a place to serve videos 
from via my web sites, which You Tube works very well for now that I 
know how to convert .oggs to the formats they require.
