[Ubuntu 9.04] PulseAudio Manager > Sample Cache plays back wrong event sounds

Hi,

[Ubuntu 9.04] PulseAudio Manager > Sample Cache plays back wrong event
sounds. For example, selecting bell.ogg or dialog-information.ogg > Play
will play the same event sound. Certainly this is not intended but
wrongly programmed.
How can I correct that?
Playback on: alsa_output.pci_8086_2668_sound_card_0_alsa_playback_0 
Properties: bell.ogg > Basic > Name=bell.ogg,
Filename=/usr/share/sounds/ubuntu/stereo/bell.ogg.
