Access to folders inside V-Box

Because of the problem of V-Box 3.02 with USB access to External Hard 
Drive and undetected CD/DVD both in Windows XP Pro Guest, I need to 
access to the picture folders inside the V-Box in order to get some 
pictures.  Is there a possibility of doing that in my Ubuntu 8.10 
amd64?  I couldn't find it in the Filesystem.  I'll appreciate any tip 
or pointer to get the pictures.  Thank you.  Jim
