I'd have to agree with Dan here. He makes a good point. My 2 cents, I
would backup everthing. Then, re-install ad move the /root directory
to more like a minimium of 4GB's.
Again, just my 2 cents as I'm a newbie. And have fallen in love with
Ubuntu just as you have ;)
