Having switched from gnome to xfce, I was impressed with the performance difference and some other features. But after 10 days, the performance is very suspect. /usr/lib/xfce4/panel-plugins is using 30% of memory and significant CPU. Is this normal? Does anybody run xfce for long periods of time (like weeks or months) without degradation of performance? -- Hal
