BBC video not working in 64bit Jaunty(solved)

I ran in to the same problem AFTER i wrote the above, somehow the swfdec 
was installed by default during upgrade :-/
I had everything working with 8.10 but seems like I must start all over 
again and fix every streaming i run in to......
