Hi All

I'd like to add an access point to my home network for guests and
Nintendo DS - all I have to work with is a Broadcom based wifi card.
I installed Hardy server on a new box with that card in it and tried
'sudo iwconfig mode Master' and got an invalid argument error. I
gather the drivers I'm currently using don't support master mode.

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/MasterMode says only

> Broadcom 43xx cards (bcm43xx.ko)

> Broadcom cards support master mode using the reverse-engineered kernel driver. You need to enable (or make as a module) the Softmac wireless extensions and BCM43xx
> wireless driver.

So, anybody have any going links for instructions on figuring out
which driver I'm using and how to change?

Brian
