Is There A System-Wide Proxy Setting in Jaunty?

Thanks.  That's where I originally looked but couldn't find the app,
and it appeared in no other menu I could find.

But what do you know?  Its there now, just like Montmorency the dog (in
"Three Men In A Boat" by Jerome K. Jerome).  And just in the place
Clive directed me (back) to.....

Sorry for the noise, but it really wasn't there at first, honest, guv!
