Due to 9.10 launching it will not be easy to access Ubuntu sites in
the next hours.

You can find previous releases at:

www.cdimage.ubuntu.com

If you are after 9.10 perhaps you should consider doing a fresh
install, specially if you have a partition just for /home and 10 GiBs
free at your HD.
