if you are so seriously thin skinned then you better not read email, not 
join any public forums, lists or newsgroups

learn how to use your email client with respect to "filters"

asking a list admin to remove someone for this crap will only get YOU 
laughed at by them, maybe not publicly., but you can bet anything they 
will chuckle.
