I sit corrected. And you don't want to try to check ntfs. Sorry for
the confusion.

Normally I'd recommend "LABEL"; but, were not talking normally here. He
is talking vfat and NTFS. Fiddling with label there might be difficult
to dangerous. "UUID" seems to work with his drives. They all have unique
values.
