This mail is for MG, but others may benefit too.

Dear MG,

The last couple of days you have sent a lot of emails concerning only a
single problem. A lot of people have helped you, unpaid. You have taken up
a large share of the bandwidth and resources on this list.

Perhaps you prefer commercial-grade support?
You can get paid support from Canonical:
http://www.canonical.com/services/support

Unpaid support (like this list) means that your peers help you to help
yourself. You still have to solve the problem yourself.
Paid support means that you pay someone from Canonical to fix your problem
for you.

This is not meant to belittle you.
I just want you to get your expectations right.
